| The Kwality Group, a stalwart in the hospitality

and successfully maintains the renowned food quality that has

The state of the art facilities entrenched at the 35000 sq feet
space sets apart the services and products from the rest. It
has the best modern culinary equipment the Commissary is equipped
with five kitchens: Indian, Chinese, Continental, Butchery and
Patisserie. 4-5 experienced chefs and Sous Chefs managing operations
with strict quality controlled guidelines in each of these five
kitchens. Daily, catering menus are created from scratch and
90 dedicated chefs craft culinary masterpieces assuring quality,
hygiene and consistency practices that match any five star hotel

- Dispatch and transport of each meal is quality and hygiene
controlled with AC mobile vans.
- The food trials at the venue enable the Executive Chef
and guests to interact to ensure effective communication
and interaction.
- A dedicated and quality tested approved vendor list.
- A number of dedicated cold storage rooms ensure that all
the culinary feasts created at the Kwality Commissary are
nothing less than the best.
- There are three cold storage rooms entirely separate for
meat, a deep freezer cold room for butchery, separate cold
storage rooms for raw, cooked and vegetables and three cold
storage rooms for the perishable products.
- An ETP- Effluent Treatment Plant that is environmental
friendly ensure that the Commissary takes care of its surroundings
and its community as well it takes care of its customers.
